The odd thing was that at the time my line was sending fast busy signals it was forwarded to my cell phone, which has never generated fasy busies. |
Hi, I am also experiencing this problem. Since Saturday, I cannot receive calls to my MagicJack but can make them. My temporary fix is to forward the calls to my cell phone. But I hope they fix this soon. Evil or Very Mad |

I too am having issues and i'm glad i'm not a business cause imagine if you run a business and people are trying to call your business and think your out of business cause whenever they call it gets fast busy signals.
Well I hope they fix it cause its on "their" end not ours and they have to realize that after this upgrade that now the problem is happening cause of the upgrade. I never had this issue before but not with the upgrade its happening to all of us.
I had a chat with tech support over 20 times and only 1 time they brought me to a higher level tech who said they would bring the attention to the engineers.
I hope they fix this cause i hate how people try to call me and its always a busy signal. |

Same problem here. I'm in the London ON areacode--226--and people can only get through to me or my voicemail about 1 out of 5 times. So they're stopping trying.
I've had three fruitless and time consuming chats with the tech twits. They don't seem to think for themselves, just go through the script. It's clear they haven't even paid attention to the problem--keep asking me to change settings on my computer--even though my computer's not even on at times when people can't leave me a voicemail.
Yes, this thing was only 50 bucks, plus 10 for a Canadian number, but that's 60 bucks too much when it's useless.
Is there anyway we can band together and send Dan the inventor a message from Canada? |
