Ordered 2 magicJacks and 2 four additional years for each.

Delivery time was good.

My magicJack:
7 out of 10
My first try was magicJack to pigtail to the USB on the back left of my laptop. The computer recognized that there was something there, but magicJack didn't install. So I tried a different USB and it installed perfectly. The next day I plugged the magicJack & pigtail into the USB on the back left, and it works perfectly there now.

Calls, both incoming and outgoing are prone to breaks, like a digital signal near the edge of range. No worse than when a cell phone changes towers, and not as bad as a cordless near the edge of it's range. This may be due to my setup. I'm using an inexpensive GE phone I picked up at a Walmart on a Dell inspirion 1721 laptop running Vista and on a WiFi home network. I'm one floor up and 40' away from the router.

Entering the activation code for the additional years went well, too.

Hubby's magicJack:
10 out of 10
His installed perfectly on his first try and he has no breaks on his calls. His computer is a 3-year old HP and is hardwired to our network. I believe he is using a bell phone, but I'm not sure. He had a little trouble entering the additional years authorization code, but a five minute chat with magicJack help desk fixed it. I think the problem was that I ordered the units through my e-mail, but he used his e-mail to get his account. I guess thet the e-mails not matching gave their database a hiccup.
