When I turned on my computer today the Majicjack desktop read that my service year was coming to an end.

Problem is I bought and paid for the "5 year" plan about one year ago.

Am I in store for a huge run-around and problems? Can you tell me who to contact to fix the potential problem?

You should of received an e-mail with a code to load in your account when you got your 5 year plan.

Thanks. I did activate it 1 year ago. They did send me a reply to my recent email with another code. But when I went to key it in it would not allow me to key in the entire code.

Any ideas?
