The audio is garbled, people on the other end complain of breaking up and echo. I have spent hours online with "support" and tried everything listed on this site and nothing....the final straw...I was told to disable my anti-virus software...are you freakin kidding me...okay...I am going to expose my PC to all kinds of crap to make a call...I am trying to get my premium money back....and will live with the 40 buck cost for the first year when it actually worked..... |
The audio quality depends on several things. In this forum you can browse for your issue. | +1 It depends on your Computer, Router, and your ISP.. _________________

many people have used MJ for at least 2 years and they are happy, i don't see why MJ wont be here another 5.
i have used MJ almost 2 yrs myself, been very satisfied and i do have the 5 yr plan. even if MJ goes bust worst case scenario i have invested MJ 39.95+6 plus shipping + 59.95 five yr plan give and take about $110 for about 2 yrs of phone service. cant beat that |

i'll stick to the year-to-year thing.
i agree that more than likely a new "device" will be out with more features and such.
would you buy an "iphone" knowing that the "new" model will be out in 1 month? |

From their history, I suspect changes to the MJ will be more in their firmware and network side than the actual hardware. I'm not sure how well anyone has understood their business model, but it appears they could be around for a while. However, I've seen enough "solid" companies disappear suddenly for any number of reasons, so I prefer to hold on to my precious little dollars until the annual renewal date. |

I signed up for the 5 yr plan. I figured that my exposure is the $59.95 which is about the same as one month's service with AT&T land line.
One thing people my forget when comparing MJ to 'other' potential competitors is that MJ has its own network aka YMAX. Few competitors will be able to compete, don't you think? |
