: MAgicjack no solid blue light keeps telling me to plug in usb and it doen't do anything

Sonny: Go to " Computer" and look for the 2 magicJack drives(one can be "Phone" or "Vista Only" or "Removable drive"). Right click on those drives and look for the "Format" option and click it then click on start.

Sonny: You will be able to format only one MJ drive. Please do not unplug MagicJack after formatting.

Sonny: 1.Please click on Start and click on Run . In Run window type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.

Sonny: 2.Now click on + sign next to Universal Serial Bus Controllers

Sonny: 3.Please right click on first entry and select Update Driver

Sonny: 4.Harware setup wizard window will pop-up and there select " Yes, this time only " and click on Next

Sonny: 5.Now select "Install from a list or specific location(Advanced) " and click on Next

Sonny: 6.Then click on " Don't search. I will choose the drive to install " and click on Next

Sonny: 7.Now click on Next again and click on Finish to complete.
