After continual failures of service, crap customer service and NO credible tech support I'm done.
I am calling my bank and filing a dispute for the charges and have order a landline for my home.
This thing isnt work the paper its printed on, and the company could care less whether or not it really works as advertised. |

We won't miss you and your misguided anger. There are dozens of folks here who exert their own effort in helping fellow MJ owners resolve their issues. You never gave us a chance to help or even tried the search function.
Don't let the door hit you in the a$$.

| BTW, maybe its u too morons that need to go back to school concerning spelling, at least I spell check mine. Problem is you two morons wouldn't know a correctly spelled word if it bit you on the azz and called you father. |

Yeah, yeah. Someone call a WAAAMBULANCE. The tech support has been here all the time whatismj. But instead of using the expertise available in this forum, you decide to implode and quit. Thanks to this FREE forum, where NO ONE makes a dime giving out advice, the rest of us are using our MJs daily.

You got that right onlyme, some people don't know how to figure things out or ask for help, I guess it's beyond their vocabulary, or maybe he's letting his ego get in his way, either way he'll never know or comprehend the joy and satisfaction that we and other MJ users are getting out of this AMAZING device. I've been running mine in Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit since December and it works perfectly, sure I've had problems with it here and there, but if you go get the fixes for it such as the update image for Windows 7 users, and then let it get it's regular updates generally the device does/will work the way they say it does with minimal problems... I'm very satisfied with my MagicJack, and it DOES most certainly work rather well. Thanks to everyone in this forum who has had a part in helping all of the rest of us with any type of "stumbling block" that we may come across, all in all it usually pans out if you keep your eyes open and aren't afraid to ask for help... BOTTOM LINE!!  |

U r 100% right on that one from a former MJ user to a netTalk duo customer MJ doesn't give a rats **&*& about their customers and their service sux to no end.

There are varying opinions about MJ support, and the MJ service. Mine has given me very few problems in the past 13 months, aside from some tweeking after another "Lucky you" update. Overall my wife and I are pleased with the service and the low cost.
Check out the netTalk forum. I'll bet you'll find frustration there too. It's always greener on the other side of the fence until you get there. _________________ Tom |

For example:
1) garble on calls
2) touch tone issues
3) voicemail issues
4) dropped calls
Those were the issues I was having when I had my tk6000 and after a quick review of their forum, it looks like some people are still having the same issues.
I hope nettalk makes it ... once they work out the bugs, I would be willing to give them another shot. _________________ -Curt
