Please try the following:

a. Format your magicJack device.

b. Reset your Internet Exploder.

c. If all else fails, reinstall your PC.

best lucky wishes.

+You are now chatting with 'Jackie'

No worries, sir. I'm not MJ TnS.
Please try the following:
-Click on Menu, then click Advanced users and click Restart on the MJ dial pad.

- Please go to menu on your magicJack, click headset/volume control lower the volume for both microphone and speakers to about 1/3 of max.

-Please click the link to download and run the magicJack upgrade (applicable for XP, Vista and Windows 7): http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/upgrade.exe

-Click on Start and Open Control Panel. Double Click on Sounds and Audio Devices And then Click the Audio tab (the middle one) Under both Sound Playback and Sound Recording, select your default audio device (the one you want to use) from the drop down menu * Never select Tigerjet as your default device And then Click the box labeled Use Only Default Device"

-If all else fails, we can process a replacement for you for $9.95 for the shipping and handling. Please go to http://www.magicjack.com/magicfix and speak to one of our live representatives, who will then process the order for you.

Best wishes, my pleasure to assist you.

OK, I connected MJ to my LP on which I just installed W7.
No problems

Something on my DT is causing this issue.

I deleted a lot of FF addons -- no chg
I set IE as default instead of FF. -- no chg

I installed FF on the LT and it still works.

The LT is wireless to my router.
The router is set to pass MJ ports to the DT NOT the LT.
I did not configure anything for the LT relative to MJ but it still works.

Firewall is turned off on the DT - a different firewall is installed on the LT.

What program/service does MJ use for these ads???

WHAT IS DIFFERENT about THIS ad -
different source site???

I apologize, but I have no idea what you are saying when you speak like that... ('and my LP with my TP and the FFTF') I beleive all ads require IE. Have you tried RESETTING your IE web browser?

EXTREMELY hard. You, well I do anyway, have to think about each letter I type as opposed to just typing away.
HARD to type and ANNOYING to read......

You are wrong about NEVER selecting this. What if the computer does not have a sound card installed?

I beleive one should &iquote 'never' &quotey select this because this may cause PC sounds to go through the tigerJet device. Stop screaming at me. If the computer doesn't have a sound card, then make one. Can't you still not choose it as default? Why are you questioning my awesomness? Is this really neccessary? "What if the computer doesn't have a sound card?" "What if the computer was a Commodore 64?" "What if the world ends before I buy a magicJack?" "What if I never said 'never'?"
What is Apprentice kujntech didn't question everything I said? What if I pressed the submit button before I finished the rest of this sent---

Sorry bout that but I am dealing with a crippled hand so shrt cuts abound.
LP was an error otherwise the rest are as someone guessed.

Anyway, If I knew what MJ uses to control those things I might be able to figure this out.
Are u saying if I don't have IE installed they would not work.... sounds like a bad idea. Lots of people remove IE.
I have IE installed but I hardly ever use it.

FF is my browser.

I have installed FF on the LT and MJ is still running on it.

The strange thing is it is only one ad. the rest don't have a problem.

What error is LP? I beleive the ads use IE.... it doesn't matter whether or not it's your default, you use it or not, you like it or not... I beleive magicJack uses IE. Actually...hmm.... I don't have IE installed. Crap. Try resetting IE, please. Please inform me of the results. If this continues, REINSTALL completely EVERY web browser you have. Disable antivirus.... system restore?

Best Wisheys.
