The sound quality and workings of the phone are satisfactory. The problem lies in their customer service. There is no phone number listed on the web site to verbally communicate with the company. This can be exasperating if you are not a typist and have to get help through their chat site. Magic Jack is fine until you need to TALK with someone about a problem. Look for a phone that works as well as Magic Jack, but has a real line of communication.  |
