Hi everyone! My name is Jamie and I'm a newbie to the forums and to magic jack. One of my friends recently told me about the service because she saw how high my phone bill was. I haven't disconnected my phone just yet, but I'm about to try Magic Jack in the next few minutes. However, I don't know where to start. I'm about to start reading the manual, but I'm hoping that you guys can help me out if I have any questions? Y'will, won't ya? Wink

Anyway, it's wonderful to be here! Talk to you guys soon!!!

WEALTH of information is an understatement Joe. This place is the Fort Knox of magicJack info. Hell, this place is where magicJack's "live phone support" come to find answers!!

Nah....strike my statement about mj's phone support comin' here for answers.....'cause if they DID come here, their answers wouldn't SUCK so much.

Good Luck Jamie! Be sure and post your results.
