| I have spent 8 hours on 4 different "Live Chats" with MJ support all to no avail. I have formatted the MJ and installed the upgrade several times. When I plug in the MJ the icon comes up for me to double click. I double click and a icon comes on my screen and one starts bouncing in the doc. 15 secs later they both go away and I get no dial pad. It never loads. A mac buddy suggested to set up a new user. I did and it works great. Now, what do I have to change to get it to work on my old user account? |

| zekenav, I had the same issue. Is your user profile stored on a separate partition or external hard drive? I only had this problem when my user profile was on an external drive. |

uninstall (erase) from Disk Utility .. totally erase it and then start over like it is new and DO NOT USE THE UPGRADE. |
