I was really excited when my MJ made it to my mail box. I even was able to get a few of my friends to buy one before I had a chance to use it. So far I've been very disappointed. These are the problems that I've been having.
1) Will not receive calls
2) my phone rings but PC does not show incoming call.
3) When I make a call the MJ will disconnect about 30 seconds into the call.
4) When call is made to MJ, the caller will be placed on hold(hearing music) and there was no indication a call was made to me.
I have had my MJ for only 6 days and each day, any one of the 4 problems would happen at least 4 times a day and yes the "live Chat folks" were made aware of how frequent my problems were happening.
I would hope in the future, instead of giving me a link so when the problem happens throughout the day so that I can re-load MJ 4 times a day , someone can say"Hey! That's not right." and try to figure out what is the root cause is and send me on my merry way.
The Silver Lining is that the folks at MJ is sending my another unit. I'm really hoping that I will be able to come back and give MJ high praises after the new unit arrives.

IMO, you should send it back asap. It seems there are two kinds of experiences with MJ. Those who love it and those who hate it; there doesn't seem to be much middle ground.

Personally, I love mine; I have two. They work great and serve the purpose for which I bought them. But there's no need to get worked up over something as basic as phone service, especially when there are so many options.

If you do a search on the forum you will find a number of other providers others are quite happy with. Like I said, I love mine and my experience with MJ tech support has been excellent. But with the problems you've had, I would not waste another minute.

I don't understand the "30 second" thing. Maybe I just didn't notice it, but I don't remember hearing about this problem until 3 weeks ago. All of a sudden there's been 5-6 reports. Not just new users, but also people who's MJ worked fine for a few months and began having this problem.

I've never had any real problems to speak of, at least not anything worse than what I have with my Verizon cell phone. In fact, part of what I use my MJ for is to receive calls while my cell phone is charging in the car. I put it on call forward and no one knows the difference.

The only noticible issue I have is occasionally if I'm fooling around on the computer and I'm on the MJ, I get complaints that it'll cut out on the other end. I think I've had one dropped call when I was in the middle of a 90 minute webinar.

Maybe the replacement MJ will do the trick. Good luck!
