Maybe some of you think Magic Jack is a great system but
not me. I've been having nothing but trouble from day one.
Most times NO ONE can call me but I (sometimes) can call
out *thinking* it's working just fine. Today it starts ringing
non stop and that's not the first time that has happened.
The on line help center is a joke also. No wonder the
directions say to unplug MJ for a few seconds at least
once a week. They even know it's JUNK!
Enough is enough, in the junk it went after I made sure it
will never work again.
Don't count on MJ to be your only phone system you have.
You'll be sorry...
08/25/10 Well, after reading many many other threads on
this site, I will NEVER do business with this
outfit again. What a joke of a company to say the
least.

| MJ works there's no doubt about that. Being you trashed it many fine people here would have been glad to try and help you get it working better. Anyway I hope you find a voip solution that works for you. There are many fine companies that give reliable service. |

Provided you have a stable internet connection and a malware-free computer. I'm willing to bet neither of these apply to you...
