Looks to me like they are saying if you can't use your cell phone, then use MJ for all your calling needs. No femtojack mentioned.

Remember, the femtocell that MJ is working on is a GSM device. If you are on a CDMA (Alltel, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Verizon) network then you are out of luck.
